"I arrived with my training, my experience, and the determination to find my place in a system that was not designed with me in mind."
Built from lived experience

I am an internationally educated physician — trained in the Philippines, with graduate studies at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine — who built a senior career in the Canadian healthcare system from the ground up.

I know what it feels like to arrive with strong credentials and face a system that does not yet recognize them. I know the gap between what you have done and what Canadian employers can see on your resume.

This coaching practice is my way of giving back to a community I am proud to be part of. I am not a career coach who read about the newcomer experience — I lived it. And with the right guidance, I know that gap closes.
